Appearance:
152cm (5'0") tall. Long wavy strawberry blonde hair, usually pulled back into a ponytail. Light blue eyes, freckles, and very rounded ear-tips.
Personality:
Somewhat quiet and deeply reserved, it would be easy to assume that Silandrea is the sort of demure girl to be easily pushed around, but when push comes to shove, Silandrea can and will push back. Explosively.
Raised exclusively by and around tall-men, she lacks any understanding of elven culture, creating a fair bit of unavoidable tension when faced with other elves, and her feelings towards that part of her heritage are complicated at the best of times.
Skills:
Sword fighting, rudimentary magic (mostly fire and explosive spells)
Silandrea's step-father was a mage and swordfighter both, and tried to instill some appreciation for both practices in her, though she never learned much about magic beyond very basic self-defense spells. As such she doesn't channel her magic with any particular item, opting to forego precision in favor of raw firepower. She does have a sword which she could use to channel her magic if she wanted to, but having come to depend on her spells being somewhat violent and unpredictable, she doesn't usually choose to do this.
Background:
Born a bastard child to House Peiel, Silandrea and her tall-man mother were swiftly sent far, far away to smooth over the scandal of her birth and the affair that led to it. As such, she's never met her father or her elder half-sibling.
Her mother married another tall-man while Silandrea was still fairly young before passing away, leaving Silandrea's step-father to raise her largely by himself. As a result Silandrea maintains very little (if any) attachment to her elven heritage, choosing instead to live amongst tall-men to the best of her ability--something that was of course made difficult due to her unstable rate of maturity.
(Side note: I can't find anywhere else to slot it in, but her family name, Elwae, comes from her step-father.)
When her step-father eventually died, Silandrea floundered for a short while trying to establish some sense of normalcy before learning of the North Sea Dungeon and deciding to seek out a living there. More than anything, the King's promise of inclusivity for all races appeals to her--she'd have sought out a job in the risen Golden Country if there were any demand for her specific skillset there, but as it is, dungeon exploring sounds promising enough.
