Winter Festival Feast Gift Exchange Event

It is winter on the Island, and although there is very little snow fall — flurries at best — the weather is still rather frigid and unpleasant. A note appears on the bulletin board one morning:

PLEASE NOTE: The sign-up will last until Jan 12, 2024. After Jan 12 characters who sign-up by posting in this thread using the template below will be paired together for a gift exchange that will take place in the setting of a winter festival feast. Your character does not have to fulfill the requests of the person they receive, but they do need to give something to the other character... what that could be is up to you!
A Winter Festival Feast and a resident Secret Gift Exchange will be held in the Town Square. To participate in the gift exchange please submit a "Wish List" to the Registration Office. Come celebrate together!
